De Campo 1-2-3 Original – solo training
Ok, on the first day of the year I still allowed myself to be lazy,
just watching movies, eating, reading…
But on the 2nd of January, I headed to the park, for over an hour of solo training
(Wing Chun forms and Arnis) on our regular training spot.
Here are some basics of De Campo 1-2-3 Original stickfighting system
(Numerada, group 1 with counters, double stick warm-up, striking combinations etc.)
