Training in the Philippines 2011 – video highlight

I finally made a video highlight of the intensive training week

with Bobby Dela Rosa, at the end of last January.

I included sequences of  Corto Mano free play/feeding,

Largo Mano drills and free sparring and clubbell conditioning.

My Workout of the day


I. 10 minutes circuit: 6 rounds

Kettlebell one arm swing – 6/6

Kettlebell clean – 6/6

Hindu push-up – 10


5 minutes break

10 minutes circuit: 5 rounds

Kettlebell one arm swing – 6/6

Kettlebell press – 6/6

Sit-ups with raised legs – 20

3 minutes break

” Clean to death” – non-stop cleans  40/32
