Arnis-Eskrima training with Cat Necula

Catalin Necula (London, UK) started his martial journey with Shotokan Karate

and continued with Bujinkan Taijutsu.

His first exposure to Filipino Martial Arts was through Tuhon Nigel Herterich

in Rapid Arnis and Master Jay Dobrin in BIFF Escrima.

He also studied Nasubukang Arnis privately with Guro Doug Tucker,

and briefly exposed to Lameco Eskrima through Guro Benjamin Jun Pueblos.

In May 2006 he started training in Dog Brothers Martial Arts

and one year later started learning privately  De Campo 1-2-3 Original

from Guro Tony Yarwood.

While training in Filipino Martial Arts, Cat has also been training in MMA,

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and boxing and at the moment he is the training partner

of Antonio Faedda, the developper of NUDDA Filipino Boxing.

I started training with Cat in September 2006, when he came to Linz

and initiated me in BIFF Serrada Escrima.

In May 2007 we met again and learned from him the basics of

Dog Brothers Stickfighting System and I also asisted him

in the seminar that he held in Romania.

A few months later I visited him in London and received more instructions

in stickfighting and knife fighting concepts.

Here are a few videos of Catalin Necula in action.
